The last several times I’ve been there, never sure if they are open because the lights are off. But I go to the box to place my order and someone is there. However, most times I’m told I can’t order a wake up wrap because the ovens are still pre-heating. Today I was there at 8:45 and same thing…lights off, and ovens are still preheating. Guess it’s time to find a new Dunkin’.

They almost always ignore their customers, and are extremely confused when you try to place your order, all with absolutely zero manners to top it all off. They do not apologize for your wait time. The customer is the problem. Expect a 15-20 minute wait time. Dreadful experience here.
