- ZTZachary TaylorJun 22, 20261.0I pull up to the drive through and say, can I have a poppy seed bagel toasted with butter. Kid says, can you repeat that. I say, poppy seed bagel. He says PoPpy Seed? I said yes poppy seed. He says POppY SeEd??? I said yes poppy seed. Then 5 seconds of silence and he says......Everything Bagel? And I said sure gimme an everything bagel. ( At this point I realize he has no idea what a poppy seed is ) I pull up and pay in cash, he asks me ...do you have 23 cents we don't have any change and I say no I don't have 23 cents. He stands there for at least 45 seconds doing absolutely nothing but you can see the cogs turning. Finally I want my food and to get out of there and I say, it's ok just give me my paper change. Does he thank me? Does he apologize that a franchised establishment has no change?? Nope, just silence. But really, I'm not mad at you child. I'm mad at your parents, and im mad at Dunkin for not training you. Dunkin you straight suck

I left this morning after 15 minutes in line. Whoever is running this place is going against franchisee rules. They are not carrying on the Dunkin brand the way they should. Terrible.

I'm not sure why it's so slow but it's a repeat issue and I don't really care to come back here. If you're in any kind of hurry I'd suggest not stopping at this location. There's another one down the street.

You feel like you are inconveniencing the staff by ordering something. Also 90% sure the guy who was taking drive thru orders and handing them through the window today was picking his nose while I was waiting. Yikes. I will not be returning! Dunkin - you might want to take all the recent reviews seriously and get someone to come in and set this location right.
