  Placed an online order, which is the only way as theres only tablets in store to place an order. I go to pick it up, 5min of waiting and they hadn't started it yet, get told theyre "going to make it now". 15min later I get told, "hey, we're getting started on it now". Meanwhile, my wife is fighting for her life with a newborn and we're 15min from home. The level of incompetency is astonishing. Parents should be ashamed of who they raised

  No point in doing mobile order pickup since the two same workers just keep parking in the mobile order pickup parking spots anyway. Ridiculous.

  I ordered from here a luxe cravings box 2 burritos, a side of nacho fries and a side chalupa. I received 2/3 burritos, large nacho fry and 1 chalupa No taco for my box , no chips and cheese from my box , no side chalupa no burrito from my box. their line is disconnected, horrible service.$40 for something that was worth $12

  The manager tried to tell me the #9 combo only comes with one rolled quesadilla, when TWO are clearly pictured on their digital drive-thru menu’s photo. I told her this is false advertising, and she said, “I can’t help how corporate advertises it.” I asked for my second rolled quesadilla and she refused. I asked her if she is going to contact corporate and she said she can’t. So, expect fraud at the Dayville Taco Bell in Killingly CT, I guess? I’m never coming here again.

  I would avoid. Keep driving and find a different location. Way too slow. Waited for 27 minutes in the drive through. Once you enter you can’t leave. This is a common occurrence.
