I ordered food for myself as a kidney transplant recipient looking for a simple delivery to my door, up 7 exact stairs, that I can rarely have. my food was left outside, on dirty ground, and was never notified of delivery. Walking outside after waiting to find my food sitting next to a rat trap beside my neighbors door. Not near my location. Now filled with ants. Something I can't risk or it could physically kill me or make me ill due to immunotherapy. When calling I was honestly upset, and was immediately laughed off like a joke by the female worker present at 11:30 AM on 05/27/2026 because I swore about the worker leaving my food on the ground when not taken seriously. Not once accusing her, or yelling at her. Just sad. I hope the health department or a manager sees this. Truly. Because even Dominos should run better. 0/10 do NOT recommend. And those working there asking for credit, Or raises, should be disappointed at the laziness they carry for basic work. And as human beings. That's coming from someone their own age.

Employee “Dante” was rude and disrespectful, when we called in to ask for a refund, which we were informed we’d get weeks ago, the employee became irate. He stated he covers for management and refused to give a refund for an order that was not properly made. We never had an issue in the past.
