Avoid unless you have time to waste. Trust me I won’t be coming back. I’m genuinely a nice person so to act up when I asked simple questions was unprofessional.

There’s little to no greeting, the attitude often seems rude or dismissive, and it feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than appreciated. I understand that everyone has busy days, but good customer service should still be a priority. A simple smile, greeting, or polite interaction can make a big difference. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here, and it makes me think twice about coming back. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers feel welcomed and respected.

- CMCandie MiddletonMay 24, 20265.0I had the best experience at this Dunkin donuts their employee Ezekiel is absolutely amazing he goes above and above his customer Service skills is uncanny we came in about 1am and he was so friendly I got my snaking bacon which he cooked perfectly and my son got two loaded hasbrowns which also was cooked perfectly a donut and our drinks normally when I come to Dunkin’ Donuts snaking bacon be hit or miss sometimes people cook it soggy and sometimes they give it to you burnt he made sure he asked and even showed me tray and asked if was cooked enough and was so friendly and answered any questions we had Ezekiel gave the best customer service I ever recieved at any Dunkin’ Donuts I ever came to a++++
