First time I came in the store had 0 people and no queso at 5pm. 2nd time I came in it was during BOGO at 7pm and while I empathize that they are busy that does not excuse being rude and short to people who just drove here to get some dinner. Not only did they have nothing except chicken for meats, but when asked by myself and the customer in front of me about the estimates for when the rice and beans would be finished they shrugged their shoulders and complained that it was BOGO. Immediately after I ordered, the food they refused to give me a time estimate for came out. The worker would not even look back to check and while I felt bad it was just poor service. At that point you might as well have just told everyone to leave the store if you don't want to serve them.
