  Literally so rude the lady at the register is on the phone not even paying attention to what she’s doing. Everyone is moving to fast they were adding things to my bowl that I didn’t ask for. Nobody even speaks English so they couldn’t even understand what I was saying literally dirty as hell inside as well and I didn’t even go during rush hour atmosphere very unprofessional.

  This is the only Chipotle location in my 10+ years as a customer that has ever attempted to charge me extra $ for requesting a little more cheese. I literally laughed out loud in response. I understand that extra protein is worth charging more for - but cheese? I don’t know if it’s a corporate thing or if it’s the staff at this particular location, but the penny pinching has got to stop. It’s getting absurd. I’m a big, tall, hungry guy, okay? And I’m paying like 12 bucks for a dinky little salad. Can you just let me have my stupid little extra pinch of cheese? JFC 🙄

  We had a terrible experience here. The place was very dirty and unkempt, with food and trash all over the floors and tables. Seating is very sparse and you will likely have to sit right next to another party. I had to wait at the counter for awhile before someone noticed me to provide my pickup order. The food was fine, but the atmosphere and level of service were so poor that we walked away very upset at having spent money for such a terrible experience. I was sick on food poisoning that same evening, and while I can't know for absolute certain that it was because of my Chipotle meal, it would shock me if it wasn't because the condition of the restaurant gave me no reason to believe their food was prepared and handled safely and correctly. Please do not eat here, you'll regret it.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle Mexican Grill location. Horrible service and a horrible all-girl staff, including the Store Manager. The customer service was poor, and the Store Manager was unprofessional and unable to properly address customer questions or concerns. Corporate management should review this location and make necessary improvements to customer service and staff training.
