  Service terribly bad. They treat customers like nuisance. Even the line is long, most of them always chitchat and no sense of urgency. The place is always dirty, as most Chipotle are. The food's quantity and quality deteriorating. Manager and owner should be.more customer centric.

  I have been to this location many times. The food is prepared well and does taste good. It is a bit spicy. The associate who assisted me was very nice and pleasant. There is an appropriate amount of seating and there is staff that keeps the dining area clean.

  Im writing this review as i am literally here with my husband. We ordered food and when we asked if they had any COLD sprite bc they only had one hot sprite in the front, the lady at the register said no.. so we asked if she had any cups (bc we wanted to buy the sprite and put it in a cup with ice) she said no, which i found weird but who am i to tell them their inventory? Anyways I sat at the table while my husband went to buy drinks for us elsewhere, while I’m waiting i see another customer after me, with a cup.. i went to tell one of the ladies there that i had been told there were no cups but just saw someone with a cup, i asked again if there were cups and she said yes. The register lady who originally said no came and said in Spanish that i asked for a water cup, not knowing i spoke Spanish, i responded and said no i asked for a cup because your sprite was hot and i wanted a cup of ice.. she said “no you asked for a water cup” then waved me off and walked away.. terrible customer service. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!! And to top of off , the chicken taste burnt! Given the other reviews, at some point they need to hire people who actually WANT to work and know good customer service.

  I absolutely LOVE Chipotle, and it’s one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately, this location has been making the protein, especially the chicken, SO spicy that I’ve stopped coming because I just can’t enjoy it anymore. I really wish there were a non-spicy chicken option or that they would make it a little less spicy. If they did, I’d definitely start coming back regularly. I hope they’ll consider offering a milder option for customers who love the food but can’t handle the heat!
