  if you’re thinking of coming to this location, i would think twice. their service is horrible. horrendous. i had a pick up order with a free SIDE of guac and the women said she put it into the bowl. i told her it was supposed to be a side not on top of the bowl and she continued arguing, saying it was on it… mind you, I already PAID for the guac topping. the side was FREE additional. i also tried calling this place THREE times and no one answered. i’m highly upset. do not recommend.

  This Chipotle is underrated. When I go there the food is always fresh and the staff is friendly. The honey chicken is back and it is the best!

  The worst Chipotle I've ever been to in the US. After coming here for over 10 years, I'm done. I have no clue how the Wilton location and this one are this close. Don't you guys have regional managers? The Darien staff are constantly having their own conversations and party behind the counter. Any time you try to speak with them, it's the biggest inconveinence. They will scoop a serving of chicken and then scrape most of the serving off. They refuse to provide water cups (against Chipotle's wishes) and rarely refill ice. The restaurant is always a mess now.

  DO NOT COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE!!!! You're better off going to any other one in the state of CT than this one. Worst service you'll ever get. They skimp on portion as if it comes out of their pay. Chipotle only charges for extra protein, queso, guacamol. Everything else is not anything to charge you for. The shredded cheese is something that I've never been charged for anywhere even when I worked here I know that for a fact. For some reason the ladies that work must be fear-mongering into thinking that the loser job if they give you the correct amount of cheese. They literally give you a pinch of cheese and when you asked for more they grab even less then proceeded to tell you that it's extra if you want more cheese. I'm not sure if they get an extra bonus if they have left overs at night or if they get to take it home at night whatever the reason is makes it for a horrible time. If you ask for double meat they give the regular portion. They are rude and make up lies to tell you no to everything. Avoid this one at all cause. Chipotle please do not reply to this review unless you are prepare to do further training with this location. The only reason they meet their numbers is because they skimp on give you the correct portions. I don't care that you appreciate the feedback unless you're willing to make a change. Looks t the countless reviews everyone leaves this place.

  Can’t believe this! I ordered a kids meal. They gave me a portion for an infant. They made fun of me when I tried to use to my chipotle points. I will not be returning.
