- JAJ ASep 22, 20261.09/20/26. I went in to get three coffees at 4pm. They close at 6pm now. They were already closing up. The cash register even said closed on it. The guy wearing all black with black hair comes from under the cash register to take my order, hopefully his hands was clean before touching everything else. He obviously did not want to take my order he was miserable, rude, and too quite. He starts to make my order and then goes to do something else. His other coworker a lady wearing a grey Ed Hardy hoodie with black leggings and black hair, started cleaning and putting stuff in the trash. Right after that she goes to help her coworker by touching my drinks and all of the other items. I asked the guy for a refund and why, he told me he cannot because he needs a manager there. I said okay, since your hands are clean I guess I'll have you make my coffees all over again. He face told me he was pissed and his coworker was super pissed. She said OMG and had a huge temper tantrum. Slamming items, pushing open doors, walking hard and fast, and etc. After I received my coffee, no apologies was given from anyone. During and after I got my coffees not even the slightest amount of professionalism was given to me. This place is DOWN RIGHT DISGUSTING, UNSANITARY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Will I go here again no. People can go there is they want a bad day if they want. They both need to be fired, because they obviously don't care and are both nasty grown people not following rules just being nasty overall. The manager or gm can see this all on their cameras and make changes if he or she cares. If he or she cares he or she need to consider their hiring skills also, because those two employees obviously dont care about their jobs, others, and the company they work for. I am straight up disgusted.

She seemed mad when I asked if it was decaf so I asked for my money back not wanting to risk a reaction…. She refused…said there was no manager so she couldn’t give me my money back….gross
