  This location has become very inconsistent compared to other McDonald’s locations nearby. I frequently place mobile orders through the McDonald’s app and specifically choose drive-thru pickup, but I am often told to park and wait for the order to be brought out, even for small/simple orders like a sandwich, fries, coffee, or a shake. If I wanted curbside pickup, I would choose curbside pickup in the app. I understand occasional delays happen, especially during busy times, but this has become a regular pattern at this location and defeats the purpose of choosing drive-thru pickup. On top of that, I have also had multiple mobile orders prepared incorrectly, even though the order was placed through the app and should not involve verbal confusion. The employees are not always rude, but the overall process at this location feels poorly managed and inconsistent. I hope management reviews how mobile drive-thru orders are being handled, because this location used to be much more reliable.

  Night shift lady was very rude. They only were accepting cash than refused to let me use the atm inside.

  La persona al frente no quiso tomar mi orden y me mandó al quiosco, en el quiosco no se puede pagar en cash, por algo es cajero el cual debe tener buen servicio al cliente .. pésimo servicio hoy 22 de marzo 26
