  If I could give them zero stars, I would. I had asked for something on my order and she told me that she got it correct and I was the one who never told her about my customization, even though it was listed on the receipt. I asked her if there was anyway, if she could add the scoop that I asked for and she told me if I wanted to add a scoop I would have to pay four dollars extra. I asked her if she could just remake it how she had before because she had told me to get back in line until it was in my turn. After all I asked her was a question initially it has been 10 minutes and the ice cream was melted. That’s when I asked her if I could just have you and she said if she remix it, it’ll come out of her salary and the cameras are watching. And that it wasn’t her problem that the ice cream melted it was mine that I didn’t eat it too quickly even after she was the one who told me to get back in line. I then asked her for a refund of the ice cream and she told me if she gave me a refund. She was the one who was going to suffer for the loss and that it was my own problem and that I had to call the manager. I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me to come back the next day. She left me there, standing by myself with the receipt in one hand and just moved onto the next customer. The people around us were just staring at her shocked. Horrible service can’t believe they’re still open.

Waited in line asked for a one scoop vanilla and strawberry gave me just vanilla. went back into line waited for almost 5 minutes ice cream melted and then said they can’t do anything about it and refused to change it, said they aren’t able to do anything for me to come back another day i’ll i asked is them to change it since ice cream melted. horrible clientele.
