  Of the bat going inside me and my boyfriend were super excited we love Buffalo Wild Wings and have never had a problem and we walk in and we had a pick up Order and the girl at the pick up was so rude didn’t greet us and when we spoke to her she was super annoyed we asked for a side of buffalo sauce and she stared at us and walked away another employee came back and handed it to us and they also said they have no ketchup now when it came to our food it was super dry my burger looked like it had old lettuce and super dry and wings let’s not say overall my experience here at Danbury I wouldn’t recommend so disappointing.

  Been going to this location since like 2012 or something crazy like that. It's stayed somewhat consistent over the years in good ways. The wings with bone in are still the best. With sauces on the side. Hope to visit again soon ☺️

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings Danbury. I placed an online order at 6:30 PM with a scheduled pickup time between 7:50–8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:55 PM to find a long line of customers waiting and no employees at the pickup desk. There was a sign saying team members were in the back preparing orders and to ring the bell for assistance, which I did. It took about 10 minutes before an employee finally came out, called one customer’s name, and then repeatedly told everyone else that “no other orders were ready” without checking anyone’s order status. We didn’t receive our order until around 8:15 PM — about 25 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I understand restaurants get busy, but if orders are running significantly behind, there should be some kind of notification system so customers know not to come to the store yet instead of standing around waiting with no communication. To make matters worse, the burgers we ordered were advertised as smash burgers, but they were not smash burgers at all. They were thick patties more like a standard quarter-pound burger which was very disappointing as I have always like BWWs smash burgers. Overall, the lack of communication, long wait, and inaccurate menu description made for a very frustrating experience.

  Overall the takeout is a disaster. Usually for takeout the wings have barely enough sauce that makes even the saucy flavors look like dry rub, and then every time I order, the order takes an additional 20 minutes after it’s ready for pickup on the app, even on non-busy days where there’s barely anyone in the actually dine-in area.

  Everything was awesome once we were finally sat. Our server was Shayne and he was the best. Answered all our questions, made helpful suggestions and checked on us at the right times. One ⭐ off for whoever was supposed to watch the front. We waited so long at the door (please wait to be seated sign right in the front) that my husband went to the restroom, came back and then flagged down someone by the kitchen door himself 🤦🏻‍♀️ Everything was clean and food came out hot. I appreciated that the kids menu had the option of fries or apple sauce!
