Our cashier was Luz. Absolutely horrible checkout experience. After the other employee ignored us, I started bagging my own groceries to keep things moving. The cashier then made continuous rude and snarky comments about me being “bossy,” saying I must be bossy at home and making an inappropriate comment that my husband’s card is “all he’s good for.” Completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
