- BKBrendan KaneApr 26, 20261.0This store stole my money. I ordered through the app ahead of time, got to the store at the correct time and waited 15 minutes and still left with no food. The employee said the order would cancel and I wouldn't be charged since they were too busy to fulfill it. Months later and I still haven't been credited back. DQ headquarters says they can't help and the store needs to credit me and the store says they can't credit people. It seems like Dunkins plan is to give you the run around until you throw your hands up and quit. Total rip off, don't trust this store.

When we asked for a refund, they said they are UNABLE TO REFUND because the manager left early that day and no one else would refund it. To keep a customer's money while providing no product is insane. There should alway be a shift lead or someone to provide refunds. I would never trust this location again.

Hooray now I wasted another 3 dollars because orders can’t be bagged properly. One too many times for me will not be returning!
