  Food is always BETTER, than I expect it to be. That is a good thing! Portions are good and food is always served hot. We enjoy the varied menu. Highly recommend! We have been enjoying for many years. Staff is very nice. Service is very good.

  Nice atmosphere inside and outside on a nice day. The food can be hit or miss so stay with the simple stuff. The burgers are routinely good. My wife's salad and salmon less so. Salmon was overcooked and the salad soaked in dressing. The food at their Stratford location is uniformly good. On-site parking is limited so, consider parking at the church next door.

  Nice, cozy little restaurant. Serves pub food and a full bar. There's a couple of menu items not usually seen in a pub or northeast location. For instance I had chicken and waffles. This is an item I have had in many places where I live in florida but rarely see in my former home in the northeast. The waffles was ok but not great. It was kind of heavy and a little grainy, not fluffy. The chicken was also just ok. The breading was thick and the chicken was a little overcooked and dry. The waiter was great and provided very good service. All others in my group enjoyed their meal so I am going to say that it was just my meal that was not great.

  The burger patty had literally zero taste. Is like they grounded it directly into the pan. Other than that everything else I tried was good
