  DO NOT COME HERE. NO MANAGER. THREE STAFF HAVING PANIC ATTACKS TRYING TO RUSH FOOD OUT. ORDER WAS FORTY FIVE MIN WAIT THEN SAID I GIVE UP AND THEY COULDNT CANCEL IT AND THE APP COULDNT EITHER. THE POOR DRIVE THRU GIRL IS DRENCHED IN SWEAT. UNACCEPTABLE

  Exceptional service from start to finish! Nette was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even during a busy rush. My order was prepared quickly and exactly right, and she made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find fast food service this attentive and positive. You can tell she truly cares about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning because of how great the service was!

  Walked in and no one acknowledged us even though it wasn’t busy. Burrito had half a spoonful of rice, chicken and was wrapped poorly. The worker didn’t speak or make eye contact. Food was somehow so spicy, even though I didn’t order anything spicy. Also, I noticed a gift card with the wrong graduation year… Expected better since it’s new.

  Food containers were either empty or close to empty. I ordered the chicken honey Chipolte bowl. It looked nothing like the picture. Chicken pieces were tiny and over done. Portions were skimpy. I’ve been to Glastonbury and Norwich, they have it together. I’ve seen the poor revues apparently nothing has changed. Need more help.

  Been to this location once before and it was as expected. Ordered pickup tonight and it was 30 minutes late. Paid items on each meal ordered were missing, and everything was barely warm. Guessing they are understaffed, but won’t be back to this location.
