  This particular location is surprising in the quality of food and I don’t mean in a good way. I eat a lot of McDonald’s at a lot of different locations. West haven and Meriden shouldn’t have better food quality than Cheshire and anyone local knows what I mean by that. But they do. This review isn’t based off one bad experience and I’m not just mad or in the moment. As I write this I’m a Cheshire resident who sadly has to drive to east Main Street in Meriden for an edible meal.

  i ordered large fries and asked for ketchup and black pepper and i was given one packet of ketchup- we obviously know that’s not enough. worker said she can’t give more than 4 packets and gave me two more and no black pepper. then shut the window and refused to talk to me.

  I normally don’t review McDonalds because I take my 9yo granddaughter there all the time and let’s face it, they’re more or less all the same, except this one stands out for its staff who treated us like family (I know, it sounds corny, but it’s true.) and secondly, the place is uber clean. The only reason for the four stars on food is due to them not having cherry Slurpees or hot fudge sundaes in stock. Other than that, a great experience.
