  Horrible experience here today. I ordered a matcha, and when we got to the window I asked if I could also get an ice water for my daughter. The girl at the window told me I needed to go all the way back around. I ended up leaving without my order. Since when are paying customers not allowed to add something simple at the window? I worked at Dunkin for almost 16 years as a manager from high school through college, and I am honestly shocked at how much customer service has declined. I will not be returning to this Dunkin. I hope others realize that customers should be treated with basic respect. Gas is almost $5 a gallon, and there are plenty of other options like Cheshire Coffee or another Dunkin. Your employees are costing you business. Sadly, we own a business in Cheshire and used to come here often, but we will not be back.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin because the staff was extremely unprofessional. While I was waiting for my order, one of the employees in the back was loudly talking about me in a nasty and disrespectful way, clearly thinking I couldn’t hear her. This wasn’t the first time either—on a previous visit the same employee had a very rude attitude for no reason. I’ve also noticed that she is constantly talking negatively about her coworkers while working, which makes the environment feel very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Friends and family of mine who have gone to this location have said they experienced the same rude attitude, and it always seems to be the same girl. I didn’t catch her exact name but I believe it started with a “J” (something like Jayla or Jenna, janae or something in that line ). Management seriously needs to address this because customers should not have to deal with disrespectful and unprofessional staff while simply trying to order.

  one girl who needs to be fired. horrible attitude and consistently manages to mess up orders. first time ive ever had to write a negative review about someone. sucks because the rest of the staff is great
