  Saddest excuse of a bagel I have ever seen this shit was $3 by the way. If I were working in any restaurant and saw a bagel that looked like this or anything I would have just throwned it away and not given it to a customer. This is insane LOL

  Great service .. the young Ladie working the front saw me waiting for a while , I let some others go in front me in line and she decided to give me a coffee on the house for waiting.. Good to see some people still provide great service . I didn’t catch her name but I hope she gets a promotion . I rarely spend anytime writing any reviews but this one definitely deserves one .

  Food is fine although the order itself is usually wrong. What absolutely brings this place down is the service. Have given this place a few tries and every time, each staff member has been rude or careless. No greeting, no hello. they just throw the food at you. You even say thank you and they don’t respond.

  Come here every morning work in the area & the morning crew is rude and unprofessional. There’s two of them that actually have a personality Gina & the kid with red hair. They’re the only ones with great customer care. The morning crew is horrible with customer service. Great to treat a regular customer

  Employee doesn’t want to pass the food out the window because he’s gonna get cold with his mittens on Sandwich was asked to be extra toasted and there’s a cold piece of cheese on it This location just lost $5000 a year. I will not be back. I go all the time.
