  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. First, when I placed my order, I specifically asked to split the payment between two cards, but the order was charged incorrectly. Because of the mistake, I had to leave and withdraw cash to complete the transaction, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, I ordered chips/tortilla chips and never received them with my order. The worst part was discovering what appeared to be a worm or insect larva in my food. This was extremely upsetting and completely ruined my meal. While I do appreciate that I was given a refund, the multiple mistakes and food quality issue made this a very disappointing experience overall. I hope management takes steps to improve order accuracy and food inspection practices to prevent this from happening to other customers.

  The place is dirty. I was surprised considering it only opened a few months ago. I was debating whether I should order. I did and I was disappointed. Ordered a burrito bowl and she loaded it with so much carb and one scoop of protein. The ratio was off. There were food remnants everywhere in the counter where they build your order. They should be cleaning that area frequently. No customer service either. And the glass doors were full of dirty fingerprints. I was disgusted. I will not be coming back.

  The staff is unfriendly. The girl never once looked up. They completely lack self awareness or any customer service skills. They spilled the food in the bag. The soda machine has been consistently out. They even wrote “short staffed” on the window the last time I went. It’s just a bad location.

  The staff is absolutely disgusting to the customers they’re rude and need to remember there there to work and not give an opinion they never have any of the meat which really means there lazy honestly spend your money and time elsewhere

  Another update: I got tired of waiting and asked about the 10 mins which is 30 now and was advised drive thru is priority so I have to wait 30 more mins. Staff never updated me or the other 4 people waiting. I left. UPDATE: wait time so far 20 minutes and counting…… and staff is eating the nacho chips and playing rap music super loud. Chipotle was dead. Went in to order dinner and they had zero chicken ready. Had to wait 10-15 minutes. If it was really busy I could understand but it was not. Staff was very friendly and apologetic. So I am thinking maybe it was shift change…maybe. However, this is not the first time. Also, tables and soda station needed to be wiped down and cleaned.
