  Place was dirty and depressing. People working were visibly upset and just rushed everyone there through their order and gave me the wrong food. Also at 7pm they were out of the new chicken and most things were almost empty and the lady serving me was throwing the food in my bowl like a prisoner. Also by the soda there was garbage and food stains everywhere and the garbage was overflowing. I thought Cheshire would do better.

  I would give this place zero stars if I could what started as one of the best chipotles when it opened, Has completely gone downhill. Every time that I visit the chipotle, they tell me that there’s no chicken or steak. Sometimes I literally see it on the grill. So tonight I’m watching chicken be cooked and the ladies is telling me that they’re out of chicken for the rest of the night. So I asked her is chicken what he just took off of the grill? And her Answer is yes, but that’s not for us. So I asked, is that for the drive-through? To what she responded, yes. So I said to her, so I can just order online and go through the drive-through and get the chicken? And she responded to me in a snarky tone yes but I don’t know how long it’s gonna take . For some reason only allows chicken to be served through the drive thru??? When there’s customers in line inside who they lie to? And only tell them there actually is chicken but “not for us??” Get better Chipotle. Very disappointed. And yes, I did place an online order and got just chicken!! Magic!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

  This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I swore I’d never go to a Chipotle because they are always being shut down by the board of health. Well, after the Apple Harvest parade, my boyfriend and I decided to give it a shot. Bad idea. I’ve never seen a dirtier, more disgusting restaurant. The trash was overflowing, every single table indoors and outdoors was filthy, the floors were dirty and sticky and the condiment/soda area was under stocked and dirty. I tried to order a quesadilla and she said it takes too long to cook, so they can’t make it. What?! I make quesadillas all the time and they do not take long at all. I suspect she was just too lazy to make it. I asked for the chili lime chips and she said they were out. The entire time, the person serving us was laughing and slopping our food on our plates like we were in prison. She was not professional at all. After we got our food and I saw the condition of the restaurant, I said a prayer that we did not get food poisoning. I didn’t have to worry about that as the burrito was horrible tasting and the chips were very stale. I threw out my entire meal. I should have asked for my money back. Thankfully, my boyfriend and I did not end up with food poisoning. We will NEVER return. I hope the manager sees this and cleans up this pig sty or the board of health pays them a visit.

  One star across the board. No matter how you order, in person, online, through the chipote-lane, there is always a problem. Whether it's missing items (no Chipotle customer service, I don't want free chips and guac, I want my money back when you forget items), wrongly built bowls, or NO PROTEIN. The latest was 10/10/26 around 6:45pm. The restaurant had no protein AT ALL. How is this possible? At my wits end with this specific Chipotle. I will not be returning.

  I’m officially never returning to this location. I’ve given it three chances. Three! Thinking maybe I just caught them on an off day. Sure, the service was fine, and yes, the trash was overflowing most of the time, but the portion sizes? Those would make you think we were rationing food for the Great Depression. Noticeably less than any other location. You’re better off driving to the one in Southington, trust me.
