  My experience was not great to say the least i ordered though the app for the chiplane for 9:40 pm i thought they closed at 10 but they close at 11 so no excuse so i get there at the time and the lady at the window ask for the name and says there working on it so shes says pull in front of the door upfront almost 20 minutes go by and i just go to the window again i had just seen this woman and she asks for the name again then left the window then 2 other people do the same the one of them comes back and ask what drinks i got so i told her and then she asks the other employee what drinks i got then the other lady asks me what drinks i got so again i told her so they don’t have what i ordered so i got a sprite and lemonade… the sprite was just seltzer water and on my burrito i got guac but really it was half an avocado. Its sad cause i have been going there since it open and seems like a whole 180 from how it was when it opened i just dont understand how it takes 3 people and a whole lot of repeating my self the get 1 burrito 2 drinks and some chips don’t think ill go back p.s. some type of management is seriously recommended

  One of the workers was obviously high and they were very unmanaged. They spent 20 minutes making chicken instead of it being prepared. Every time i’ve gone here nothing is prepared. It seems like they don’t care about their costumers.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this location. The wait time for a simple pickup order was already excessive, but what made it worse was the way I was treated at the register. When I walked in, I greeted the employee politely, saying hello and asking how she was doing. Instead of responding, she just stared at me and abruptly asked for the name on the order. Throughout the wait, I noticed a clear difference in how customers were being treated. Customers of color were greeted warmly and spoken to politely, while I — and another white customer I observed — were met with short, dismissive interactions and no basic courtesy. When I finally received my order, I said “thank you, have a nice night,” and again was met with silence and a stare. Basic customer service and respect should be consistent for everyone, regardless of who they are. Between the long wait time and the uncomfortable interaction, this was not a good experience, and I hope management takes a closer look at both service speed and how customers are treated.

  I placed an order online for pickup. I ordered a salad, side of guac, a large order chips and white queso. The quac was brown so I had no choice but to throw it out. I did not receive dressing. I received less than 1/2 bag of chips and they were stale. The queso did not seem fresh. I ate the salad and the next day I has stomach issues most of the day. I went online and requested someone call me back and I guess that was too much to ask. I will never order from this place again!

  I had an excellent experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted. I really like how easy it is to customize your meal with so many great options. The portions were generous, and everything tasted high quality. The staff were friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Overall, a reliable and delicious spot for a quick meal. Highly recommend!
