- SBShelly BrewerJun 8, 20265.0Out of all of the Dunkin Donuts I have been to in my life this one is in my top 3 favorites! They ALWAYS speak English. They are ALWAYS super friendly!! Most of them ARE still 16-17 year old kids, so that can be aggravating sometimes, especially when they are being lazy. But even when they are being lazy and don't feel like adding the whipped cream I paid for, at least the got the rest of my order correct and they were friendly lol 🤣 ... I can't think of any time they have ever messed up my order so bad I had to have them remake it completely (that has happened at other D&D B4 but not this one) I have had to ask them to add more milk, or add an extra shot of mocha or Carmel but again it's VERY VERY rear. This Dunkin is definitely one of my favorite ones to go to! I go out of my way to come to this one when my son has Taekwondo.

He just wouldn’t answer my question. Kept asking if there was anything else. Finally I said I’m asking you a question. I’d like an answer. When I got my coffee, it wasn’t what I ordered. He did then make a new one for me. But the way he handled it, I felt very uncomfortable. He seemed angry. I am diabetic and need to feel safe with what I eat and drink. Last week, when I came to this same Dunkin, they put cream in my coffee which I didn’t notice until afterwards. I had to throw it away.

Additionally when you tell them "toasted dark" it is usually slightly warmed if not cold. Coffee is old a great deal of the time. Just went back to complain today. No apology and they acted like we were inconveniencing them as they were giggling and goofing off. Terrible Dunkin! Honestly, most Dunkins in the area are poor.

Been in their drive thru for over 25 minutes now for some hash browns and a caramel swirl. No line either. Get these ppl more staff or shut down the location.
