- TTtrolldanApr 19, 20263.0I felt very uncomfortable here today. Maybe the guy was all by himself and feeling under pressure. I asked if this Dunkin gives us a senior discount as not all of them do. He just wouldn’t answer my question. Kept asking if there was anything else. Finally I said I’m asking you a question. I’d like an answer. When I got my coffee, it wasn’t what I ordered. He did then make a new one for me. But the way he handled it, I felt very uncomfortable. He seemed angry. I am diabetic and need to feel safe with what I eat and drink. Last week, when I came to this same Dunkin, they put cream in my coffee which I didn’t notice until afterwards. I had to throw it away.

Additionally when you tell them "toasted dark" it is usually slightly warmed if not cold. Coffee is old a great deal of the time. Just went back to complain today. No apology and they acted like we were inconveniencing them as they were giggling and goofing off. Terrible Dunkin! Honestly, most Dunkins in the area are poor.

Been in their drive thru for over 25 minutes now for some hash browns and a caramel swirl. No line either. Get these ppl more staff or shut down the location. Cmon Dunkin, why hold up customers like this? Get these people the help they need!
