I got to the store and they refused to make my order, saying they were cleaning. The workers were giggling the entire time and said I can drive to another dunkin for my food. I asked if he was seriously asking me to go to another location for my food. He said yes and there was nothing he can do. I asked for a refund and he said he cant do that since it was the app. I had to come back the next day to get my refund but the damage is done. Im never going to this location again.

Maybe a I’ll be with you in a minute would have been nice? What’s wrong with youth today… and why do we allow them to be the face of a business if they can’t be courteous? This place is doomed …day old food reserved and no one who cares.
