  A guy at the deli literally threw the cheese at me today. He was mad at someone else, but took it out on me, a customer. I hope it wad on camera. The deli staff all seem to be upset and unhappy. They need to be retrained in customer service

  rude cashier! There wasn’t much of a choice because only two lanes were open. The cashier in lane 17 was an older lady sitting in a chair. She yelled at the lady on front of me for not putting her card in the right way and then she yelled at me because the lady’s card kept getting denied (20 minutes have gone by by this point) so I asked if she could suspend the sale so I could get going and not have melted ice cream. The lady behind me had the same issue with her ice cream. The cashier was screaming, “I’ve been working here for 47 years and i’ve never seen ice cream melt!” There comes a day when a person just needs to retire and that day has come. If you can’t even be remotely pleasant, you shouldn’t be working with the public. If I see this lady there again, I’m walking out and never coming back.

  Avoid the fresh unfrozen burgers. There have been multiple times we got burgers, either store brand or even the other "premium" brands, and go to cook them right when we get home, and they are bad. Way before the sell by date. Burgers should not smell like rotten eggs.
