  This store is something else there is always problem that's why I don't go there and when I do there's a problem today was cash only really not very many people have cash on hand anymore and it's to hot out to play games with this store last time I will be going there

  I've been getting items delivered for about a year now, when I don't want to go and get them. At first, when they had Peapod, everything was great except the points don't show up until 3 or 4 days later. And when they don't, I have to go to the store and show them what I ordered, in order to get my points. Today I had to do that and the woman at the service desk was nice, but didn't give me all the points I was owed. She said it was showing in her system, but when I went to get gas, all of the points weren't there. Also, now that Stop & Shop uses either Uber or Doordash or another delivery service, sometimes my bags smell like weed, they're late and on occasions my order has been canceled and not by me. These new drivers they have don't care and they're supposed represent Stop & Shop. But all they're doing is making Stop & Shop look bad. Stores don't take pride like before. They're always thinking about their bottom line and not the customer. Oh, but they want you to think they're thinking about you, but in reality, it's about the hire ups trying to keep they're salaries from dropping and never mind the customers. They will cheapen everything so they can keep their profit margins high.
