  Every few months I get sonic from this location through DoorDash and 90% of the time they never fulfilled the to go orders

  Majority of there to go orders they never have the” item” , or the food just doesn’t show up . This is the only sonic I’ve had issues with

  This place needs to be shut down. I placed a mobile order to save time. Big joke! The app instructs you to part in a certain spot and put the number in. Thats where I sat for about 20 damn minutes!! There's no button to hit for the mobile spots, so I look up the number and call. After what felt like 3 minutes of ringing, a younger sounding guy answers, I tell him my issue and he apologized and said please come through the drive-thru. I sat in line for another 20 minutes just to get one damn bacon burger! I knew it would be cold and I really should have asked for a refund. I took 2 bites and threw it away. This store should closed down and should be embarrassed to continue to serve people. If no one tends to the pull up stalls, put cones or a sign there for God's sake! The food isn't even that great. Although I've been to the Wallingford store snd the service was 100% better and the food was too. I want my money back!
