  The drive-thru at this Dunkin is the slowest I have ever seen at any fast food place. It takes them forever to get orders out.

  Okay I’m not one to complain but ever since the makeover of this Dunkin it has gone downhill. Me and my mom walked in and there was someone returning their drink from the drive thru that should have been our first sign to leave but we stayed. We end up ordering and our order had to be put into the system twice because they had two different people bouncing from front to drive through. Now I used to work in the food business I get new hires need to go at front register but every drink was being made one at a time. We were waiting for 15 minutes for 3 drinks. While we were waiting another 2 people came in to return their drinks and overhearing the conversation they weren’t made right due to trying to just push it out as quick as possible. Our donuts were dry and clearly had been sitting for a while and there were a few fruit flys in the donut case. On top of all this the manager or the team lead was yelling and sassing everyone around while people were waiting in the drive thru. It NEVER used to be like this before they re done it. I’m starting to get sick of the lack of professionalism in these establishments when they claim to be back and better and need more help but proceed to ignore job applications.

  All the donuts I have been getting my kids, are so stale everytime the kids won't even eat them. Become such a waste of money. Thanks a lot
