- JNJemel NejaimeMar 19, 20261.0I used to go here all the time and never had issues, but lately they've gone downhill. Today I got a sandwich and it tasted like straight up chemicals. Even after spitting it out, it turned my stomach for a bit. I'm not sure how something like this happened, but it's the second time, and I will not go back to a place that might make me sick. You need to get someone in there to teach some food safety before you make someone really sick.
- FFFunFitNuMar 15, 20261.0I ordered an order of hash browns and asked for them to be double toasted. Instead, I was given hash browns that were extremely burnt and no longer edible. When I went back to the window to request a refund, the young lady at the window laughed the entire time. The manager then came over with the hash browns and also laughed. When I asked her if she would personally eat something that looked like this, she responded that she doesn’t eat hash browns. That response alone showed a lack of accountability and concern for customer service. It was disappointing to see both the employee and manager treat the situation as a joke rather than addressing the issue professionally. Situations like this reflect poorly on management and the overall standards of the establishment. I also recorded the interaction and one of the employees can clearly be seen making obscene gestures and throwing gang signs toward me while I was asking for a refund. This type of behavior from staff is unacceptable.

But for all the good ones, the behavior of the manager Sarah is absolutely apphauling. Completely unprofessional and borderline abusive to a seemingly professional team. This girl always seems on a power trip for the power, and not the efficiency of the store. I've witnessed her verbally abuse employees over not handing her a splenda packet in 0.5 seconds. Completely unprofessional, immature, and not deserving of any position of power. Those other employees are SAINTS to deal with such toxicity.
