Domino’s is hit or miss depending on the location. This location is fine, which is about as good as Domino’s gets. However, their app just messed up my order, using one of the coupons and shuffled my toppings around. The store employees could not give less of a crap. They just insisted that the receipt showed the end result which again was the incorrect pizzzas - messed up by the app. ruined my night. People at home aren’t going to want these pizzas.

I ordered a pizza for my kids this afternoon, but when I got home, they received the wrong one. The kids thought it was wrong but were too hungry to wait. I called Domino's to report the mistake, hoping they’d avoid it in the future, without expecting a refund.
Unfortunately, the employee was rude, questioning if I wanted a free pizza just for a mistake. Frustrated, I raised my voice, wanting an apology and perhaps a free upgrade next time. When I asked for the manager, the employee claimed to be one but was unhelpful, introducing himself as "Happy," which felt ironic given his attitude.
Service industry employees must prioritize customer care. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake would have sufficed instead of rudeness.

Everytime I call to adjust my order, due to online not having an option. They always give me attitude. Or claim “they will look into it”. When I order online there is no option to add extra ingredients onto the pastas. I usually call to make this adjustment and tell them to charge my card for the additional ingredients. However they always give attitude. Or say they “can’t do it”.
When I have done this at other locations with no issue. Customer service needs to be worked on. And laziness is a big issue.
