I asked 1 guy if the lemonade was good, he said yes organic, I asked if he tried it and he said, yes organic, I turn asked if he tried the Mexican coke and again he said , yes organic. He was also working the register. Food was mediocre. Went home and asked my wife if she's ever been inside because of how gross it was, she said that's the cleaner one in the area.

I ordered online and when I got my food, I found what looked like avocado pit skin still attached to pieces of avocado inside my burrito. The burrito itself was messy, poorly prepared, and honestly looked disgusting once I opened it up. As someone who works in food service myself, I understand mistakes happen, but I would never look at something like that and think it was okay to serve to somebody. Customers should be able to expect basic food quality and care, especially for the prices Chipotle charges. Unfortunately, Chipotle completely failed in that regard. What concerns me the most is that this could have seriously affected someone’s health. Finding avocado pit skin and inedible pieces in your food is not only unappetizing, but also raises concerns about cleanliness, food handling, and quality control in the kitchen. The customer service made the situation even worse. When I called the store, they told me I had to drive all the way back to the location, even though the order was placed online. Gas is not cheap in this economy, and I wasted both my time and money driving there just to be told in person that I had to call a separate customer service number myself to request a refund. The entire situation felt dismissive and poorly handled from start to finish. Overall, this experience was frustrating, disappointing, and not worth the money at all. I’m hoping for a resolution.
