  I feel horrible for the workers who seem completely under staffed. Usually when I come in there is one single person helping all the walk in customers, making their food and cashing them out which means it takes a while for each individual order and you end up waiting 20 minutes in a line of three people. Aside from the long wait lines most of the time multiple ingredients are empty since there is no one to cook.

  Really disappointed with the quality of the food and the service at this location. the location closes at 11PM but even when visiting at 8PM, they have run out of almost all items. The beans and protein options are so dried out that it is comparable to dog food. I have been a regular customer and this has happened a couple of times. I won't be visiting them anymore. Basic expectation is that you keep it well supplied at least until 10PM before winding down for the day. The burrito bowl I got is inedible and bland/dry as hell.

  This Chipotle location in Bristol on Farmington Avenue is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes the food and service are fine, but other times they’re out of multiple items, which makes it difficult to even place the order you came in for. The customer service also needs improvement. I’ve walked in several times and stood at the counter for a few minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Employees will look over, walk past, and continue what they’re doing without even saying, “We’ll be right with you.” I completely understand being busy, but simply acknowledging a customer goes a long way. The biggest issue here is consistency. You never really know what kind of experience you’re going to get when you walk in. Hopefully management can work on keeping the restaurant better stocked and making sure customers are at least greeted and acknowledged when they enter.

  Food is good and all Service can be better, i come to this location several times and man i sometimes dont even know why i keep coming back!! When i saw a video online where the CEO said our burritos are the biggest and bowls are the best, the food amount you get for the price is crazy. at the door says open at 10:45am amd at 11:05 and the doors are locked employees scrambling inside. If your not going to open at 10:45am just remove the sign.

  This has to be one of the worst Chipotle restaurants out there. In all seriousness, it’s almost disrespectful how bad it is. Unseasoned food. Dirty countertops. Poor service. As a Bristol resident, I do not know how they are still open. I was excited when we first got the chipotle because it’s so close to home, but I find myself traveling to other towns more and more to get my Chipotle because our location on Farmington Ave is THAT BAD.
