  Terrible place to eat. Homeless people are inside the establishment not buying anything; you arrive to eat and you can't because they're occupying the tables. The place inside is very dirty, the bathrooms aren't cleaned. The staff needs to be improved urgently.👎👎👎👎

  I know its Taco Bell, so the bar is low, but this place is a joke. Not only is the service shockingly slow, but on multiple occasions fights have broken out in the choke-point that is the single drive through lane with no emergency bypass. Orders are consistently wrong, dropped, or lost. When you are lucky enough to get your food, you've waited so long its ice cold. If you're in the area, and craving Taco Bell, so long as the Trumbull Mall is open, do yourself a favor and go there. The service and food are lightyears better.

  looks disgusting, I don’t even wanna eat anymore and I’m annoyed that I just spent $30 on this, and I didn’t even receive my drink.. I don’t know why I keep ordering from this Taco Bell spot but now I know not to ever again, get some better workers they are just lazy and don’t know how to make people order right !!! Shut this spot down tbh🙄🙄🤬

  I am at a lost of words on what I witnessed tonight at this location I waited over a hour for my food requested a refund and was told that the manger will be with me shortly after another 30 minutes of waiting finally got my food with in this time I witnessed management curse out mutable employees and told both the gentleman and the young lady that was trying to assist me to ignore me and find some thing to do i feel bad for the employes and hopes this gets over looked by me making this review
