    Extremely disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. Twice in one week I placed and paid for mobile orders only to arrive and be told the oven was broken and items could not be made. On 5/5/2026 my order #590 could not be fulfilled, and again on 5/8/2026 order #533 had the same issue. The clerk was rude, offered no solutions or alternatives, and advised I could not get a refund because the orders were placed online. I even spent 40 minutes on hold with customer service with no answer. Customers should not be allowed to place and pay for mobile orders when the location already knows the equipment is broken and food is unavailable. Completely unacceptable customer service and a waste of time and money.

    I’ve been trying to find the best way to leave a review for my experience as an Uber Eats delivery driver and based off my research this seems to be the best way since there is no way for drivers to leave reviews on the Uber app, it’s only fair the restaurants be held accountable too. This past Saturday morning, March 14th, I noticed there was a lot of people waiting for their orders and/or to place an order which is fine, that’s to be expected. The problem was the way they addressed everyone or complete lack of communication. Just repeated shouting stating they were “sorry but we’d all have to wait for awhile due to employee shortage and it only being the two of them,” etc. which I can also deal with, believe it or not I am a very patient person. What I cannot deal with is watching everyone else but me being asked what they’re waiting for or how they can be helped. Even then I held back because I’ve worked in the food industry before and I’ve been in their shoes, I sympathize for employees calling out and leaving the team hanging. But after 20 minutes of patiently waiting and watching people who came in after me be spoken to/responded to I finally worked up the nerve to ask the woman (who I believe was the manager on duty) if she had either of the names I was looking for ready and at first it seemed promising when she handed me over two coffees (not in a bag for delivery but still ready nonetheless) but the minute I picked them up I could feel the hot coffees had turned cold. Almost at the same time she felt they were cold too. As soon as I agreed and said yeah probably need to refill these I can’t deliver that, she threw her hands up between us to say she needed space and if I could back up from breathing on her and I was starting to give her anxiety. Now as someone that experiences anxiety myself I felt triggered in that moment like what does she think I’ve been experiencing this whole time watching everyone else swarm around me and be helped as I tried to step further and further away before finally asking to be helped. Nevermind the fact she never even found the other order. But the cherry on top for me that made me cancel the order was when the woman beside me stepped towards the man who was on duty to ask for her strawberry donut she ordered awhile ago but she was sorry to bother them etc., the Dunkin employee then launches into a whole tirade about how “yeah they can’t do nothin about it; and all these online orders come in with attitude problems but they can’t say nothin to them” as if us couriers are at fault in some way for coming in and trying to perform a job to make money to provide for ourselves, just as they are. It just left a really bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be returning to that Dunkin Donuts ever again, and I’ll even go as far to say I’ve told my family and friends to stop going to that Dunkin as well. There’s plenty of other Dunkin’ Donuts in Bridgeport we can go to, for uber eats or for personal reasons. That’s all, had to get that off my chest it’s been bothering me for two days at this point so yeah, sorry for the long message. Hope the right people read this. Uber drivers aren’t chopped liver, we’re just humans trying to provide for ourselves too. Peace.

    Every time I come there it’s slow service takes forever to get the food either hire people that can do the work or get your restaurant in order
