- SGsebastien Garraud2 days ago1.0Without a doubt, this is the worst Dunkin’ in Bridgeport. The service is consistently slow, no matter what time of day you go. It feels like the staff has no sense of urgency, and even simple orders take much longer than they should. On top of that, the customer service is disappointing. Employees often come across as uninterested, unfriendly, and act like helping customers is an inconvenience. Another constant issue is that they somehow manage to run out of donuts way too often. How does a Dunkin’ regularly run out of the very thing people come there for? It’s frustrating to make the trip only to find there’s little to no selection left. What’s even worse is that they seem to close before their posted hours on a regular basis. There’s nothing more annoying than arriving during business hours only to find the doors locked or being told they’re already closed. This location needs serious improvements in management, staffing, and customer service. There are plenty of other Dunkin’ locations nearby that are faster, friendlier, and actually have donuts available. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

To my shock and disgust, I discovered a cockroach in the beverage. This experience was extremely distressing and unacceptable, particularly given the expectation of cleanliness and food safety that customers place in your brand. This incident raises serious concerns about hygiene standards and quality control at your establishment. Not only was this situation unpleasant, but it also poses potential health risks. I trust that DD takes such matters seriously, and I urge you to investigate this issue thoroughly and take immediate action to prevent it from happening again. I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to do this because I am fed up with places not being clean or employees not paying attention and doing their job right. I am appalled by this.
