One of the managers is extremely rude and has no idea how to manage a business. I've watched customers walk out due to the long lines and her say oh well. I've seen little children go in there to get their breakfast and we're short a couple cents and she gave them a hard time in front of everyone. She treats loyal, daily cusomers that spend money in there with sheer disrespect. This wrong and not how businesses should be operated. The employees on the other hand are amazing. Each and every one of them has excellent customer service and will go out of their way to do what they can to put a smile on your face

Got my order before I pulled out the parking lot something told me to look in my bag no cream cheese did u turn. Walked up to window and said hey you didn't give me my cream cheese, she goes are you sure? I said what are you serious why do I have to lie? Customers pay to much money for sub food and you have the nerve to ask me if I'm sure like I'm lying about some freaking cream cheese. How about I paid for it and give me what I paid for. Disgusting service. I will be contacting cooperate. Like who are you cream cheese police? Something I paid for that You forgot to put in my bag.
- JAJony AAug 22, 20261.0This please need to be inspection by healthy department I hade them made 3 coffee all the machines are dirty I went back with a coffee from other place I asked to talk to supervisor,I tried to be nice first they don't know for costumer service and they don't care if you get sick or no so avoid that place and shame on the workers and specifically with the manager who don't know how to respect and admit the fault,and I didn't take any coffee all I need it normal coffee with out ricotta cheese on top,healthy department need to be there
