    I stopped in for a quick morning pick-me-up and it really hit the spot. The coffee was fresh and made exactly how I like it, and the donuts were soft and tasted delicious. The service was super friendly even though it was busy, and I was in and out in just a few minutes. It is definitely my go-to spot when I need a reliable breakfast on the go.

    Drive thru is pathetically slow!! Noise from inside is so loud you can't hear anyone even in your vehicle. Hash browns look old & shriveled up.

    I went through the drive thru today & it’s Mother’s Day coming from church with my two toddlers in a car, usually when you pull through the drive through they say good morning, I sat there for about one minute no good morning or anything I said hello three times I finally got a rude response of could you give me a second, I didn't reply when I got to the window I asked for a manager, the person who was initially at the window wasn’t there anymore due to her being rude and must of heard me ask my mother why they being so rude, they stated there was no manager there today, meaning they worked all day under no management, shows why the other coworkers act that way, I asked who was at the drive through she comes and said me I asked why you being so rude it Mother’s Day it’s uncalled for as I was about to speak she threw my food on the counter and walked away, I asked for her name a Hispanics younger boy said her name I asked him to write her name in the back of the receipt he stated there are no pens in the franchise, I asked her name again and he refused to give it to me after I stated I was reporting it to corporate I asked the older Spanish woman her name she stated she just started working here she can only give me a receipt, as someone that comes here everyday I have never encountered this kind of behavior and to actually slam my kids food on the counter is very unacceptable and she needs proper training this is very disgusting behavior and with what I’ve encountered and the power of social media this would not going Dunkin’ Donuts favor the girl was the only girl working who was African American with a head tie on at work as if she was ready to get into a fight at work I hope this helps identify the person and I’m truly disgusted I had to encounter this ! Her name was Danabree or something like that I could be saying it wrong though

    This place SUCKS the cashier is really mean no one here is nice, the place is nice looking but the cashier is SO RUDE AND LAZY she got all my familys order wrong!! Dont come here.

    The customer service here sucks they're super rude if I were management id fire 2 of those females with bad attitudes bringing the place down as well as sales people don't want to buy product from a place where your yelled at example: if I say "hello" I shouldn't be greeted back with a "what you want" it should be what can I get for you today? All this yelling "what!" Is that all? Then making excuses for attitude because busy and doing everything alone? Which i understand can be frustrating but no excuse to treat customers like a burden your employees need customer training which makes me believe management failed at properly training probably didn't even have the employees watch customer service videos probably had them skip all those videos or helped with the answers just to rush them into work which is sick I say get new management and employees restart this place with fresh new mindsets of people who care and actually understands business marketing, sales, revenue, and customers because they pay the bills to keep everyone having a job. Do better as a establishment.
