  I received EXTREMELY stale chips! None of the kitchen staff or serving staff had hair nets on.

  Look for another Chipotle. This one has no leadership. If you want your food… steak, fajita vegetables, etc. from here better to order online than to go in.

  Store ID #2559. Had to call in and make a complaint with Chipotle corporate since the store manager Jaron did not want to answer my request to give me the names of the two disrespectful females that were working on Saturday 8/8/26 at 3:25pm. I was inputting an order for someone on the phone when the chipotle server became agitated and giving me attitude because she wanted me to say the order quicker than I was able to, there was no other customers in line behind me and I literally was giving her the order in a quick fashion with no delay. Then her colleague requested that she dropped my order and have her deal with me where I was given the same attitude. She then told me she would not ring me out and I would have to get wait for the manager to ring me out. On top of all this, I was told for the 4th time in 30 days that they were only excepting exact amount or could not provide change for the orders, which I realized by now was a scheme to keep the extra change from all the $10's and $20's to split up between the workers at the end of the shift. When I attempted to ask Jaron as a manager why this was the 4th time I'm being told this he actually stayed quiet and seemed to rather keep on good terms with the lady's working for him rather than give me an explanation or the names of the workers, or reprimanded the workers. Typical issues when you have a young male manger with multiple female employees. In any case, I rarely write a bad review, but when your trying to talk to the manager and the other workers are allowed to yell "Just leave the store" over and over without the manager attempting to intervene and difuse the worker aggression.. There is absolutely something very wrong with this situation. I've asked corporate a request to have store manager Daniela Ayala give me a call back regarding my poor customer experience and I will be giving an update on this in the future. Never had a problem with any worker there before.
