  They double charged me for an order when I selected to pay at the store on the app. Their card reader is slow, and the person said the card didn’t go through so I tapped again. Well it appeared on my bank statement twice with two different amounts. I love their pizza but will not go to this specific location anymore.

  Already starting to slide downhill.. whoever made my last order undercooked just about everything, Like I was a rush order because it was late.. I haven't been back since.

  I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store since it opened, and it is frustrating that an obvious ordering issue was met with argument instead of basic customer service. Rather than simply sending or crediting an included icing cup, I was told to “check the receipt,” as if a receipt generated by a flawed ordering flow proves the customer intentionally declined part of the item. That is not an acceptable way to handle a repeat customer.
