  2 kids meals both wrong. I mean how hard is it to mess up a kid meal. Sour cream beans and cheese and crispy tortilla! They doesn’t seem to know the difference between soft and crispy tortilla! Wrong one was put in my online order and no cheese was added on meal! I ordered bc my kids wanted but as for myself i will never eat from there. Nasty and trash all over the place!

  Not a clean store, lack of caring crew. Order via website at guest check out feature not provided. Locked out of account for unknown reason. Automated service over phone for ordering does not work. I've ordered via automated process, did not receive email or text confirmation but the payment was processed. I arrived at the store, but they didn't receive the order or cared to help in any other way. After several hours of trying to reach someone to straighten out the problems, I have to hear from my bank dispute. Very disappointing.

  First time to Chipotle, never to return. Absolutely filthy! Tables, seating, & walls gross. Plenty of young staff...

  Fui el sábado 4 por primera vez a este lugar por buenas recomendaciones, así que decidí hacer mi primer pedido en línea y recogerlo, fue maravilloso; mi único problema fue una vez pregunte por las bebidas es que estaba en la bolsa todo, así que me fui; cuando llego a casa me percató que solo puso los vasos vacíos y tuve que revirar, manejar 10 mnts para llenar las 3 sodas y jugos qué ya había pagado previamente, hubiera agradecido que cuando pregunte por las bebidas me hubiera dejado saber para no pasar por esto, pero fue mi primera vez así que me aseguraré que para las próximas veces no me vuelva a suceder porque volveré definitivamente es un buen lugar para comer a un buen precio y saludable. 💖 recomendado al 100%.

  This location is always dirty and messy!!! Once one of the workers was filling up the forks and with no gloves on (he was the cashier) he grabbed the forks by the part that goes in your mouth!!! Both bathrooms were broken overflowing toilets and they were still open, you'd think they would've been locked up so no one walked in.... The dining area, tables are always filthy with trash on them and the trash cans over flowing. I really don't understand how anyone can work like that, explains why no one eats there (unless its when it 1st opens for the day when its somewhat clean...). My son insists on eating there....
