  Really disappointing experience. The restaurant was dirty, the rice was crunchy/undercooked, and they weren’t even making more rice 2 hours before closing. On top of that, there were no utensils available. For the prices you pay, the food and overall cleanliness should be much better. Definitely not the experience I expected. Management really needs to hire a brand new group of staff because the workers care more about their phones than their job. Health department may need to actually pay a visit soon.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. The food was fine, but the restaurant itself was absolutely disgusting. Nearly every table was dirty, there was garbage all over the floor, and the dining area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The worst part was watching one poor employee making every single order while several other employees stood around doing virtually nothing. When I asked for help, I was told the one employee making all the food was "working on it." No kidding—that's exactly the problem. Instead of helping their overwhelmed coworker, everyone else just stood around while customers waited and the restaurant became filthier. Management should be embarrassed. Either the staff has zero supervision, or they've been allowed to believe it's acceptable to let one person do all the work while the rest watch. The hardworking employee deserves better coworkers, and customers deserve a clean restaurant with staff that actually works. This was one of the dirtiest, most poorly run Chipotle locations I've ever been in. I won't be coming back.

  the employees have to be the laziest i’ve seen from any location, crap atmosphere inside, don’t bother ordering a burrito off the mobile app as they like to not wrap it completely, the last 3 times i’ve ordered i’ve had it be ripped and all apart / unravel in my hands, last time i got a lap full of food because they were to lazy to fully wrap in the first place, they overload to the point the burrito is soggy, and not to mention the insanely high rate at which the employees change. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, choose any other chipotle around, even the rat infested new haven location!!!!!

  Whoever the manager is, they need to be fired. This location has gone seriously downhill, and has gone from pretty good to fairly awful. The employees no longer care at all whether they are meeting expectations. The seating area is routinely gross. And today they tried to charge me $1.77 for tap water? Ugh.
