- SBShenell B2 days ago1.0I decided to stop by this location because I was in the area. I order the same coffee at two other locations. They messed up my order twice(iced black coffee). Then proceeded to tell me what I ordered,as if I got it wrong.
- ECEmily CowenMay 1, 20265.0Manager (I think) knows me by name. I am disabled and use a wheelchair. He is one of the most helpful employees I have ever interacted with. He knows the mechanics of my cup holder on my wheelchair, needing to take it off when I go through doorways. He gives me a sip of my drink as well (I have limited use of my hands). He is very accommodating and pays attention to detail.

I hope this issue can be addressed so that future customers receive better service.. Will not be visiting this location again!!

They hired you for customer service, learn the role or find one that better suits your personality cuz this one ain't it boo. Have the day you deserve.
