- JLJayme Lamphere3 days ago1.0Placed a pickup order. Used the app. The order stated it was complete, before they even put it in the oven. I know this because I sat there watching them and the order board for close to half hour. For a "complete and ready for pickup" order. Watched them mark other customers as complete, but orders were not ready. All the board orders were "complete" with several other people waiting for pickup in the lobby because the orders were not complete at all. Asked them if marking orders as complete before they were started was common practice because it was truly misleading and unhelpful, defeats the purpose of a tracking app. Received a beyond inappropriate and disrespectful response. The order I was given was sloppy - no effort or care used at all. I am sure its because I dared question their wrongdoing. Will not ever return.
