  I love Chipotle and I frequent this place because I work in the area. Every time I go they never have ice. EVERY SINGLE TIME. They always tell me, give me your cup and I’ll fill it in the back. They frequently are out of syrup in the soda machine. Never any forks, napkins, or anything stocked. Today there were 6 people working but only one person serving food and one on the cashier. The poor guy serving food seemed panicked as the line formed to 8 people and he was trying to keep up and no one came to help. Poor mismanagement.

  The experience was okay, but the food did not seem fresh. It looked like some items may have been left over from the night before. I hope they improve the freshness and quality of the food.

  I visited this location for the first time and it looked like a bad joke. Came in and there was no food on the line 3 hours before closing. The worker tried to give me some stale chicken and beans they had in the back at which point I decided to leave. Very disappointing.

  Don't come here during a closing shift!!!! I came in around 9pm, two hours before they close, for a burrito with the Honey Chicken. My roommate and I asked the employee if there was enough for double protein because it looked low. He replied no and my roommate allowed me to have it in my burrito and she'd have something else. While he's scooping the rice and beans some other employee comes over and steals what's left of the Honey Chicken after I had ordered it. The employee doesn't say a word to me and just stares at me... I'm confused as to why he didn't protect my order as I had already expressed my interest in the Honey Chicken multiple times to him/in front of him. I ask if there's any way they can just drizzle the sauce on regular chick and he says no. Begrudgingly, my roommate return to our order of 1 burrito with double plain chicken because my order literally got stolen right in front of me... I'd like to say this was a one time thing but I don't understand how when I come 2-3 hours before close and I do not have the full menu to pick from. The employees seem dejected and like they don't care. In the same visit, while I ate in the lobby, another guest was waiting at the register for a hot minute while the employees ignored him, pre-closing I presume. He resorted to shouting for service after they continued to ignore him. I don't know what's up at this store but I will not be returning after 6 pm. I honestly don't even know if that will help at this point...

  I stopped by this Chipotle Mexican Grill location during my trip, and it was a good experience overall. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the food was fresh and satisfying. Solid option if you’re looking for a quick meal!
