  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I work from home nearby and frequently walk here for lunch. I walked over with my dog and left her outside in the seating area while I went in to order. After ordering two drinks, I asked the cashier if they had drink carriers available, since I needed to carry my food, two drinks, and my dog’s leash on the walk back. I was told they had no carriers, which was inconvenient but understandable. The issue was how the employee handled the situation. While I was trying to figure out whether I could realistically carry everything, she became rude, impatient, and dismissive. When I asked to refund the drinks because I did not think I could carry them safely, I was met with more attitude. What made it worse was that after I briefly walked away and came back to confirm the refund, the employee appeared to be laughing and making comments about me with other guests in the store. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. The lack of drink carriers was not the real problem. The problem was the lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic respect during a simple customer interaction. I have been to this location many times, but this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.

  Online orders have an embarrassing amount of protein in them (has happened several times) the most recent occasion was about 8 small pieces of chicken in a bowl. Chips are always stale and the fajita veggies look like they were chopped up by a blind raccoon with a butter knife.

  Best Chipotle in the area. Service is always fast, restaurant is clean, food is fresh, and staff is friendly.

  Very disappointed. The rice was completely dry. The beans look like They have been sitting there for days. They had no forks. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food.

  Went and ordered two bowls. The person making my bowls was very pleasant. Got to the register and the total was $27.00. The kid told me he didn’t have any Change so I could pay cash if I left the rest as a tip ( I do always tip but if you tell me I need to leave a tip at a fast food place I will not ) he then asked a girl to check the back for change and she said “ you really want the two dollars “ went in back , came back 5 min later and said nope no change then walked by. The kid then said well i don’t know what to tell you sorry. I will never return to the Berlin location. Worst customer service of my life.
