I got told at the window when I asked for my bag, “The manager has them locked in the office and we don’t know when she’ll be here.” I’m pretty sure promo items aren’t supposed to be locked up when traffic starts to pick up and are supposed be available after midnight. Aside from that, I can’t tell you how many times my coffee or sandwiches have been wrong here. I’ve gotten whole milk when I’ve asked for oat and egg on a sandwich I specified none. And the ladies get nasty when you tell them your order is wrong.
