  Ordered through the drive-thru when only 2 cars were ahead of me. Was waiting for over 15min and no cars had moved. I called the store just to get an ETA and was told that if I was in a rush to "not stop at a busy restaurant". I wasn't rude just wanted to check the eta and cancel my order if it took a little longer than my lunch allowed. The lady was pretty rude on the phone which was sad because I like Sonic food.

  Took more than 30 minutes was charged never even got my food terrible place got drinks and they were terrible do not stop here

  Not good! Waited a long time for someone to finally answer the box.got our order and was missing things.not a big deal the problem comes when the girl hands me a chocolate shake with a Crack up the side.so leaking everywhere we call her over and tell her we need a cup to stop the leaking and she just walks away shaking her head and never comes back😡called the box again and another employee finally brings us a new cup.at this point the truck seat is covered and so was i.wish I could have got little miss attitudes name.

  I placed a mobile order for three drinks with an estimated pickup time of 9:46 AM. We checked in around that time and then waited... and waited. Around 10 AM, an employee arrived for what appeared to be the start of her shift. She stood outside for several minutes until another employee unlocked the door and let her in. Shortly afterward, our drinks were finally brought out at 10:06 AM. A 20-minute wait beyond the promised pickup time for just three drinks, especially when there were only one or two other cars at the location, is unacceptable. Whether the issue is understaffing or poor operations, the result is the same: extremely slow service. I would recommend avoiding this location unless you have an extra 30 minutes to spare.

  Beautiful view. Most stalls are park and eat... That you can't order from! Why would you have park and eat FACING THE BUILDING? Pulled in to eat but couldn't order. Decided on drive thru since there were no screens. Got the pictures in the drive thru but never got to place our order. After 5 to 10 minutes we drove off with nothing but pictures. Great view but that's the only thing great. I have no faith in the food when the service sucks this bad.
