  Went through the drive-thru. They weren't taking drive-thru orders. Only mobile orders went inside to order my food manager. She was on her phone the whole time. While there's a line of people, the food came out lukewarm. This is ridiculous. They need to hire new people that will give some leadership

  On Saturday may 16th this location was terrible we sat at the drive through speaker for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, then they had no ice coffee we ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins and 2 sausage mcmuffins with egg and 3 hash browns, proceeded to the pick up window again waited another 15 minutes for our order. After leaving we opened our order and to our surprise we received 2 mcmuffins with no sausage but crumbled up bacon on both and on the mcmuffins with egg there was a piece of sausage about the size of a quarter on one of them and crumbled bacon on the other one. This was ridiculous

  Came in for a quick bite before work their system wasn't working properly people had been waiting a half hour for slop food they forgot half my order paid 17 for two sandwiches smelt like a porta potty inside the building just close the store if your going to charge almost 20 dollars for food that can hardly be classified as food then forget half of it then what is the point? Incompetence at its finest

  Stopped during road trip to let the kids stretch their legs at the play place and get some lunch. Every table was dirty when we sat down. Placed a table-side order that took 20 minutes to deliver 2 burgers and a happy meal to our table. All burgers had stale buns, dry lettuce, and everything (outside of packaging included) was dripping with grease. I don’t have high standards for McDonald’s, because it’s fast cheap and easy… but this was barely edible, and most of the food just got thrown away and we went next door to Sonic to get food that was for for human consumption.

  I'm not one to leave bad reviews but since I've moved to WP two years ago I've had more bad than good experiences at this establishment. I ordered a double QT pounder in the drive thru and they said they couldn't print receipts because the machine was down, I received my order which took 10 mins and they only gave me a single. When I went in to ask them to remake it they demanded a receipt and I told them it was kind of hard to do that when they can't print them. The manager tried to tell me that he knew which order I was in the drive thru and said I was lying and I ordered only a single. I even offered to show them my statement on my card to show that I paid the amount for a double and was met with a terrible attitude. I didn't go back for about 6 months and decided to give them another chance but 3 times I've sat in the drive thru waiting for 5 mins or more when there isn't even a queue. This is probably the worst fast food restaurant I've ever tried to do business with which is saying something. Do not go to this restaurant, they do not care about the quality of their service in every aspect, just go to Wendy's.
