  Showed up around 7:40pm closes at 8pm, not sure why so early, didn't get a response at the drive thru, sat for minute drove up to the window, there were people in there but no one acknowledged us, So we didn't eat there pretty sure this why we lost the Arby's the first time in Woodland Park, because the people there were closing before it was time to close, because they don't want to work. Enjoy Arby's food when I am able to get it... Very disappointing that we didn't even get treated like humans, they were counting down there drawers. If your hours say your open til 8pm be available til 8pm. And if there is something else happening acknowledge your customers and talk to them most of the time they'll understand. Very disappointing

  This is a super nice fast food restaurant as far as the decor and cleanliness. The food was good, especially the brisket which was a temporary menu item. The cashier had issues. He may have been in training, but it took my husband almost 15 minutes to order two items from the menu. My hubby loves Arby’s and it is not my first choice, but the brisket was delicious. We were in a hurry on our way back to our campsite after spending a couple of hours at the local laundromat. All in All, it was a pleasant experience (more so than not).

  After coming in a day earlier and the counter was closed due to being short staffed. We came back the next and had the cheesesteak my friend and I agree one of the best fast food sandwiches we have ever had. The staff was great, we talked to the manager and she was wonderful. It was a great experience. Rhonda and Stuuby
