  I am so over the self-ordering kiosks! I imagine they use them because it's too expensive to hire workers at the outrageously high minimum wage in Colorado. These types of jobs aren't meant to pay well. They are mostly meant for teenagers as a started job. The food took too long to come out, my taco wasn't made properly, the soda fountain wasn't connected properly because all of the soda had way too much syrup in them and the flavors were completely off. The store needs a good cleaning. We won't be back to this location.

  My standards are generally pretty low. I tend to look at the reality of my situation. I was hungry and went to Taco Bell. Usually the food there meets my standards. Aside from ordering a bean burrito, 7-layer burrito, cheese quesadilla and Large Starry, it cost nearly 20 bucks. This is where expectations do not meet reality. In order of consumption. 1. Bean burrito was a standard Taco Bell bean burrito. The highlight of my trip. A banger. 2. 7-layer burrito...if the first 5.5 layers are melted nacho cheese, they nailed it. My last maybe two bites had some form of ground meat. 3. Cheese quesadilla. It was definitely full of cheese. Mostly room temperature shredded cheese.to the point it was spilling out. Very under cooked/heated. 4. Large Starry. It is almost 100% carbonated water. I say "is" because I drank maybe 4 pulls out if it and watered some plants with the rest. I hope they get more enjoyment out of the carbonation then I did. Now, I'll admit, I generally don't have negative words about this type of cuisine. Again, my standards are pretty low. I wouldn't complain about spending 20 bucks on a meal done right. I generally don't waste the energy writing a review such as this, but I feel like I needed to get about 15 bucks worth of complaining in to make up for what I paid and what I got....even below my standards. Trust me... that's tough. In conclusion....fill up on bean burritos.... if you can afford them.

  Worst Taco Bell ever. Only reason I keep going back is because my father is nursing home near and he wants food from here. They NEVER pay attention to orders. Ask for no sr cream.. you get sr cream. Ask them to take something off and replace. Nope!! And ask if the screen is correct before pulling forward….yes and don’t follow your own screen is ridiculous.

  Really impressed with this Taco Bell, drive thru was pretty quick even though they seemed a little short staffed. Braden was super nice and professional too, overall a really good experience

  placed an order for delivery on 3rd party app, but never received. learned when i arrived an hour and a half later to pick it up it had been taken without being fulfilled. when i asked if i could just have my order simply remade, the cashier, who had been trying to be extremely accommodating since i walked it, said yes and went to grab who i presume was the MOD. the manager told me i had to either re-place my order, or i had to contact the service who i’d ordered from. after i let her know i’d already tried to contact support with no success, i asked her flat out if she would make the situation right. she shook her head and said “uh uh”. couldn’t help but walk out after that, time for some new management.
