  I want to be charitable because I used to work nights at this place but I just can't. When I came here with my mother at 12:00pm on Wednesday there were three people in the entire store during the lunch rush, which is apocalyptically bad. Their average time to window was like six minutes and the cars in the drive-thru were waiting around ten for their orders. Eventually they had two more people coming in but by that the time the dam had broken. For some reason we still decided to order and it took 30 minutes to get a $7 Luxe Box and two hardshell tacos. This was most of me and my mother's lunch break and I haven't been able to see her at all lately so it was extra frustrating. The chicken chalupa was cold as well. The manager on duty did give us free taco vouchers so I will give two stars instead of one, since I'm susceptible to bribery, but seriously, do not come here during lunch.

  If i could give zero stars, i would. I walked in at 5:15 pm, and stood in the lobby for 10 minutes seeing only one person who was servicing the long line in the drive through. I asked if someone can help me, or at least acknowledge and recognize that i was there, instead of being ignored. I heard someone say "I'm on break" and no one came. I decided to do the order via the kiosk, hoping there was someone else back there that could make my order. At 5:39 pm the manager walked in, appearing to start their shift. I talked to her about what happened, explaining that I was still waiting for assistance, greeting, or something. She was not interested, but she was able to get my food together, I only ordered 2 bean burritos and 2 Mexican pizza, and they forgot one burrito. This was the most unprofessional taco bell that I have ever been to. Please retrain your staff. The cashier name on my receipt was Shanaee, which I believe is the manager, since she was the only one who acknowledged me. I won't be back there.
