  Generally this place is of good quality with the tendency for a food item to be missing, but overall tasty food, especially the nuggets. I do not recommend the new empanadas, the one I received was empty with dried filling and tasted soggy and stale at the same time. The staff are friendly and welcoming, hard working too, I definitely recommend visiting this store for a quick, cheap bite.

  I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but it seems like the workers don’t care much about their orders. I ordered at 1am which I thought was okay since this store does close at 3am; I would not want to order last minute because that’s just rude. I don’t get fast food often, but when I do, it’s when I really crave it. - Nacho fries were literally served COLD - Poor packaging for the tacos - They never gave me my drink - I asked for extra mild sauce packet, not even one was given I don’t think it’s that hard to follow ticket orders.

  UPDATE: The manager called me and took note of my concerns and experience. He stated they are working to address these issues and wanted to apologize for the experience I had. Because of this I've slightly updated the star rating on the service category. I had an awful experience at this Taco Bell last night. I sat in the drive-through for nearly 40 minutes. Not 10 or 15 minutes. Almost 40 minutes. At no point did anyone come outside, explain what was going on, apologize, or give customers any kind of update. I was essentially stuck in the drive-through line with no way out for most of that time. The cars behind me eventually started pulling out and leaving. Once enough people left, I was finally able to start backing out too, but then the line moved just enough that I ended up waiting even longer. When I finally got to the window, I was told the delay was because of DoorDash orders. That is not an acceptable explanation. If online delivery orders are causing the drive-through to sit for 40 minutes, something is seriously wrong with how the restaurant is being managed. The food was also disappointing. My quesadilla was not even cut. The steak burrito was honestly disgusting and not something I would order again. The soft taco was the only item that was okay. For the price, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Waiting nearly 40 minutes in a drive-through and then receiving poorly prepared food is unacceptable. This location needs serious improvement in communication, staffing, order prioritization, and basic food quality.

  Last time I came they forgot several items, threw a bag of chips in the bag that spilled everywhere, fries and nuggets were hard as a rock, and didn't let us know they were out of items we ordered to make it right since I paid for them. Then, I came in tonight to pickup a mobile order and they tell me I have to order again on the app, go back around, and there was five cars in line behind me after I arrived. Wouldn't it make more sense to ask me what I ordered, confirm that I paid, and make the order? I'm never coming back to this location. Shouldn't have to go through the drive thru twice for them to get it right every time I visit.
