Every order is contaminated with moldy berries, expired food and unusable meat. We’ve wasted so much time and money at this store. I’ve filed complaints with the health department and the state because management does not seem to care and staff is combative about addressing the issue.

I stood there for a couple minutes watching her look at her phone while myself and another gentleman next to me were both waiting for her to see that we needed help.

I attempted to return an unopened Signature Select item and was immediately told that the return could not be processed. To better understand the policy, I contacted another location and was informed that they would be happy to assist with the return. What frustrated me most was how the situation was handled by the manager, Margherita. I felt completely dismissed. Rather than taking the time to have a conversation with me, explain the reasoning, or try to find a solution, she immediately shut down the request and simply said no. There was no effort made to help or address my concerns. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to at least feel heard, even if a request cannot be accommodated. Instead, I left feeling frustrated, dismissed, and disappointed with the overall experience. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.
