    Very slow delivery. 50 minutes and still waiting for order. I’m 4 blocks away from this store. Called store and phone answered by very rude guy who simply and rudely said “Jimmy John’s, please hold” and immediately put me on hold. Lots of other choices in Windsor. This isn’t my first issue with this store. First time I waited 10 minutes in store, only to have them give my sandwich to another customer. Understaffed and they don’t care about customers. I typically eat Jimmy John’s about 10x a month. Just moved to this area and won’t be buying from this store again.

    if you want to pay for over priced sandwiches for quality a little better than subway this is the place we got 3 subs footlocker 75 dollars id rather go to firehouse if im paying that much at least the quality matches the price better

    Really good experience at Jimmy John’s, everything was quick and the food was fresh. Liam was cool and friendly too, seemed like they were pretty busy but he still took his time and was really nice. Definitely would come back

    I ordered catering for a business event online. I needed a couple changes and had to ask a few questions as my original payment method had to be closed between placing my order and day of delivery. Whenever I called, the employees were helpful and took the time to look into my situation. I believe Ashton spoke with me a few times and remembered me when I called (I called a bit, haha). Day of delivery went great. Jimmy johns was on time and 100% accurate. We will use this location again for future catering orders.

    Not only am I a customer of Windsor Jimmy John’s I’m also a doordasher. All of those young employees are rock stars! They are always super friendly and they work very hard to make every Customer happy. It’s always a pleasure picking up orders from that location.
