I absolutely love dutch bros. They are always fast and customer service is top tier. But a lot of the times I ask for light ice, they fill my cup halfway with ice. Im not paying $9 for ice. Its a hassle to go back and its a waste for another drink to be made.

Waiting 30 minutes for a pre-ordered drink in the drive thru (my freebie of all of them too) and its gross and melted. The soft top i paid for was minimal at best. Why did I wait do long when was checked in.makes no sense. I had to cancel my lunch and I was late coming back to work. Sadly this may be my last visit.
