  Please please please teach them how to make the products correctly!!! Coco xtreme blizzard should be made with the coco syrup not the coco powder. Unfortunately every single time I have come here, my order is wrong. I come here often and am always annoyed. I paid for extra coco syrup cause you can’t tell any was used and it’s still full vanilla, or just chocolatety on top and after a few bites, full vanilla. I ask for chocolate ice cream and they give vanilla. I really don’t want to have to drive to foco for Dairy Queen.

  I pre-ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday on the app on 4/19/26, showed up to pick it up and staff said they didn’t have it. They had no idea how to refund it, and told me to “cancel the order on the app” - which there wasn’t a way to do. They would not reimburse me for the difference between the cake I ordered and a random cake that was available. I had to purchase a second cake, as my daughter’s birthday party was about to start. I contacted customer service on the app, there was nothing they could do as this branch is independently owned. The staff on 4/19 said they would take my information and hand it off to their manager. The DQ app also said they would forward the issue to the manager. I still have not heard from anyone regarding the refund. I’m disappointed by the experience, lack of problem solving skills by the team and organization, and lack of follow up.

  The ice cream tastes like the workers are making it with rollerskages on while backflipping, pretty great. If you took someone from inside the earth's crust and gave them this ice cream they would love it. I hope dairy queen makes as much as dairy king and thats on feminism
