- RMRaymond McDermottOct 6, 20264.0Only two places you shop in Vail for groceries. Usually well stocked and helpful employees.
- JRJustin RadSep 30, 20262.0I wouldnt buy dairy here. I dont think they enforce the cold chain. I got here at 7am and theres boxes of yogurt and butter on the ground outside the cooler and over 2 hours later at 9:10 those boxes are still there. YIKES
- JRJens RushingSep 25, 20261.0Hire some employees and put them at the cash registers. It's insulting and contemptible to make us self-checkout a week's worth of groceries for a family. Your contempt for your workers is obvious, but such contempt for your customers is unacceptable. DO NOT have your service bot respond with a generic "please contact us". The only acceptable response is to hire some humans and put them behind cash registers.
- KKKhaosDragonSep 25, 20261.0If I could give this store negative stars I would. It is so dirty, understaffed, there's violent homeless people roaming outside, it's under construction while customers are present, has no bathrooms available and one of the RUDEST employees I have ever met. His name is Fred and he is awful. I've heard him threaten employees, say duragatory things about women and other customers, and is not helpful while sitting there, listening to whatever, very loudly on his phone. Don't shop here if you value your safety and health. On the plus side other employees like Louie, Georgie, Lisa and Ashley are a so nice, personable and try their hardest to make us customers happy.
- KBKennia BuenoSep 20, 20261.0Please avoid this store if you are a person of color because you will be profiled. I was taken aback as this store is in a more diverse area, but apparently stereotypes are a thing here.
