  This is for the night crew the food got a one because we bought Burgers three times this week and only the replacement burgers were worthy to be eaten but they gave so much trouble replacing them even when the food was brought back to them they acted like somebody was trying to get something for free why would we not eat our dinner to save it for the next day to bring it back and that is nuggets and two double cheese The Replacements were good very good now atmosphere store is not clean like a restaurant should be service is in the middle only because the only thing they do is hand you your food you order it yourself I'm the little we never had to go to the night crew but because of later work hours lately we've had to and I don't ever want the first Burger they send out or nuggets again it is dry and crumbly I don't think hamburgers are meant to crumble and then you got to drink so much just to swallow them glad we didn't get nuggets but if the food cannot improve you lose two more customers and considering your rating is only a 3.3 I would do my best to raise that or maybe you just don't like making money or like having an embarrassing review

  Horrible these kids working here don't have no clue what customer service is and it's very sad. The filet -O- Fish sandwich is definitely not worth the price.

  100% worth it to download the app! And an extra star for letting me put my name as "Batman" (which has its funny moments at the drive through speaker). The acoustics in the play place are terrible... especially when the kids are screaming... But this place has always been good to me!

  Came here on a Sunday and the service was great a worker named Jose was super respectful helpful his customer service was A+ my only knock was the kids play area tables were all dirty I had to use the wipes to clean our booth

  If I could give zero stars I would ..I ordered a steak and cheese bagel..almost home to see it was sausage on it ..as I called and spoke my issue which was a joke ..specifically repeated steak and cheese only over and over and over I still ended up with sauce that I always found disgusting with the steak bagel after repeatedly asking for steak and cheese only numerous times ‼️ the lady ‘mngr’ and lady at drive thru are very very very rude ‼️ the only one was decent was the young man that took my payment ‼️ if I could give him 20 stars I would as when I asked him about syrup and jelly he was polite in his response ‼️
